USA Field Hockey National Coach Award - is presented to a USA Field Hockey Coach Member that exemplifies the values of sportsmanship, fair play and healthy competition. This individual is dedicated to their craft and works tirelessly to make their players, fellow coaches and the field hockey community better.

  • HTC California Regional Director and Coach
  • Joined the HTC staff in 2016
  • Passionate coach who has worked with all levels and age groups to grow the game in California
  • Been a last standing instrumental individual in leading the Region 11 Regional Club Championship         
  • In 2024 under her leadership, HTC California earned their first-ever win at the National Club Championship and had both the U-16 and U-19 teams finish in the top-20
  • Grew up in Massachusetts and played at UMass Amherst
  • Founded Aim Field Hockey in 2005 and has served as the director and head coach since
  • Serves on the NFHCA Board of Directors, Club Representative (2021 – present)

  • 1999-2001: Head Coach, The Principia – field hockey, basketball, & softball
  • Boulder High School Head Coach (2021 – present)
  • Started the high school program from scratch in Colorado, navigated the biggest obstacle of limited feeder programs
  • Dedicated countless counts to recruiting players, running youth clinics, coaching indoor and providing one-on-one coaching
  • In just three seasons, fledged the program into a competitive team. In the first year as a varsity program (2024) they went 8-8-2.
  • Fostered a culture of resilience, sportsmanship and respect on and off the field
  • Saint Joseph’s Head Coach (2022 – present)
  • 2024 – led the Hawks to their first-ever NCAA Semifinals and Final appearance. The first SJU team to play for a national championship.
  • Serves as an assistant coach to the U-16 USWNT
  • Owner of Prince Elite Field Hockey (2022) – growing the game in the Philadelphia area and across the nation – hosts youth clinics, prospective student-athlete clinics, individual and team camps, and 7v7 / 11v11 tournaments
  • USA Field Hockey Level 3 Certified
  • Warhawks Field Hockey Club Coach (U-8 to U-19), technical director and recruiting coordinator
  • In 4 years, Warhawks has grown by 40% and teams have reached new high USA Field Hockey national rankings, have consistently been in the top-20
  • Led the program to win their pool at National Indoor Tournament, qualifying and placing in the top ten at the National Club Championship, medaling at Shooting Stars, and qualifying for regional and national Nexus events.
  • Helped Warhawks to host Regional Club Championship
  • Spearheaded a club charity initiative, "Out with the Old and In with the New (Equipment)", at the event as a way to give back to the local community in a way that promotes the sport we love and to grow the game to support BeMore Athletic
  • First three Division I commits in 2021 under her leadership with the club, and now currently have more than 60 college player/commits with a mix of Division I, II and III
  • Involved in Baltimore Field Hockey Association – adult hockey community
  • Established a partnership with Maryland Select Officials Association to identify future umpires and provide training opportunities to new officials who are looking for opportunities to get involved
