Everything You Need to Know for the Upcoming 2025 National Indoor Tournament

In five days, the 2025 National Indoor Tournament, presented by YOLO Sportswear, kicks off with the U-14 Girls and Co-Ed division!

The NIT is a culmination of the indoor season, featuring competition between top teams from across the nation. Teams in the U-16 Girls and U-19 Girls divisions fought for their spot over six weekends this past December and January in the NIT Qualifiers. See the full list of qualified teams here.

This year’s NIT will take place over three consecutive weekends, utilizing two locations. The action begins this weekend at Spooky Nook Sports in Lancaster, Pa. with the U-14 Girls and Co-Ed division. Next up, from February 21 to 23, competition will return to Spooky Nook with the U-10/U-12 Co-Ed division, while the U-17 Boys, U-19 Girls and Adult division will take place at the Greater Richmond Convention Center in Richmond, Va. The final weekend, February 28 to March 2, features the U-16 Girls division at Spooky Nook Sports.

USA Field Hockey is excited to announce the newly rebranded All Starz Winter Invitational, that will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Spooky Nook Sports in Lancaster, Pa. in tandem with the U-16 Girls NIT. The All Starz Winter Invitational is the newest iteration of the All Starz Showcase, which has taken place the past two years.

USA Field Hockey is inviting teams and individuals to compete in the 2025 All Starz Winter Invitational. The tournament will include two age divisions: Junior All Starz (U-10) and All Starz (11+). All skill levels are welcome. Click here to register!

Fans are encouraged to come support the All Starz athletes, who will be competing from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, March 1.

There will be an official event photographer for all NIT weekends. Team and individual packages are available for purchase at all NIT weekends taking place at Spooky Nook Sports – reach out to danfalkdesigns@gmail.com with inquiries. Photos from the U-17 Boys, U-19 Girls and Adult NIT in Richmond will be made available for purchase following the event.

Team check-in is required for all teams, a minimum of one-hour prior to the team's first game of the tournament, located at the main USA Field Hockey table.
