Region 5 consists of one state, Pennsylvania. Nexus has three location based sites at Penn State University, Washington and Jefferson College, and Shippensburg University. All other sites in the greater Philadelphia region are split by Nexus age groups.

Under 14: Birth years 2012 and younger

Under 16: Birth years 2011, 2010

Under 18 : Birth years 2009, 2008

Under 21: Birth years 2007 and older

*Selection camps are invitation only and Region 5 and 6 players will attend May 31 and June 1 at either Ursinus or Bryn Mawr. Player location assignments are completed by the regional team after training weekends are completed.


Nexus

Is for dedicated field hockey players committed to their own development. The program brings field hockey players together with experienced coaches trained in The USA Way. This unique coaching platform provides a unified framework for how we think about the game of field hockey across the country. From player development and technical skills, to how players can own their personal development, this program aims to help dedicated athletes be the best they can be.
