Members of the U.S. Men's National Team came to Allison's school when he was in kindergarten and showed him and his fellow classmates how to play field hockey. His dad used to play semi-professional ice hockey so as a kid he remembers thinking, “dad was good on ice, maybe I’ll be good on field.” Allison went home and begged his mom and dad to sign him up for the local club, Bulldogs FHC, and he has been playing since!
