Pfeiffer joined the USA National Team in 2009. After graduating from the University of Iowa in 2009, Pfeiffer joined the coaching staff with head coach Tracey Griesbaum.
"We are thrilled to have Lauren back so quickly," said Griesbaum. "Her career as a student-athlete was phenomenal and we will be hard pressed to have anyone surpass her overall performance markers. As Lauren represents Team USA on the National Team, she will also be devoting her time to the coaching side of things. Lauren will be a great addition to our coaching staff; mainly helping with skill development and defensive schemes." |
